摘要
主要介绍了乳品加工企业每班必遇的原料乳保鲜、产前消毒、班后清洗与工作环境的杀菌消毒等技术措施。同时,还详细介绍了两种新型高效环保型的消毒剂在乳品加工业中的应用。
This paper reviews fresh keeping of raw milk, sanitation before processing, cleaning and sterilization after processing. In addition, two new high performance disinfectants were introduced.
