天津大学小城镇绿色住宅产业技术研究与开发课题组对沈阳地区小城镇住宅的建设情况作了深入细致的调查,我们通过实际案例分析,总结出当地小城镇住宅的实态类型,分析了其能源资源消耗情况,并根据实际情况对新型住宅建设提出了建设性意见。

Through the investigation on residential development in urban towns of the Shenyang region, we, the group of Green Housing Technology and Housing Industrialization for Urban Towns, analyze housing styles and energy consumption and make some suggestions to new-type housing based on the practi- cal conditions there.
