摘要
通过测量Al-Cu4.5%合金T形杆件的冷却曲线、变形曲线及挠度曲线,研究了铸件变形的产生过程及各种影响因素与铸件变形的关系,结果表明:T形杆件变形起始于杆件完全凝固之前,主要发生在高温冷却阶段;T形杆件的变形挠度曲线方程为y=ax2;方程中系数a随杆件截面比增大而增大,但随杆件长度改变而变化很小.
The process of castings deformation and the relationship between every kind of effect factors and deformation are investigated by measuring cooling curve, deformation curve and warping curve of Al-Cu 4. 5 % alloy, T-shape castings. The resulls show that deformation of Tshape castings has begun before solidification process of castings completely finished, but it happens mainly in the process of the cooling of high temperature, warping curve equation of Tshape castings deformation is y=ax2, and the more the section ratio of T-shape castings is, the more the coefficient a in equation y=ax2 is, but the coefficient a varies hardly with the length of T-shape castings.
