摘要
通过室内柴油界面的携带实验,运用界面热力学和高分子热力学知识探讨了聚合物溶液对柴油界面的携带作用,分析了柴油弯曲界面附加压力的变化.实验结果表明:在低界面张力和较大的剪切速率条件下,水溶液极限剪切应力产生的界面摩擦力不能克服柴油弯曲液面产生的附加压力,无法携带柴油运移;聚合物溶液能使柴油以曲率半径更小的界面运移形成油丝,增加的柴油界面自由能是由聚合物溶液自由能转化生成的;热力学应力破坏了原有的柴油弯曲界面压力的平衡;聚合物溶液动力学法向应力值越大,越能使柴油界面以更小的曲率半径运移形成油丝.
Polymer solution rolling action on the diesel oil bending interface is explored by the lab experiments and by the knowledge of the interfacial thermodynamics and the polymer thermodynamics,and the extra pressure change of diesel oil bending interface is analyzed.The experiment results indicate that the interfacial frictional force of water solution can not overcome the extra pressure of diesel oil bending interface and carry diesel oil moving under the conditions of low interfacial tension and relatively strong shear velocity.Polymer solution can make diesel oil form oil thread with the interface of smaller curvature radius.The increase of diesel oil interface free energy results from the polymer solution free energy change.The thermodynamic stress destroys the pressure equilibrium of original diesel oil bending interface.The greater the dynamic normal stress of polymer solution is,the smaller the curvature radius of the moving diesel oil thread interface is.
