聚合物及表面活性剂二元复合体系驱油物理模拟实验 被引量:71

摘要 针对三元复合驱含碱对驱油体系造成采出液处理困难等问题,进行了人造均质岩心和人造非均质岩心上SNP二元复合体系驱油物理模拟实验.实验结果表明:在人造均质岩心上,相同条件下的二元复合驱油采收率与三元复合驱采收率基本相当,而在非均质岩心上,相同条件下的二元复合驱油采收率要明显高于三元复合驱的采收率,且均大于20%;化学剂成本(按聚合物及表面活性剂价格计算后得到)基本相同条件下,增加复合体系段塞而适度降低主段塞中聚合物质量浓度,有利于二元体系的注入,且二元复合驱采收率仍然较高. Aiming at the difficulties in treating the producing fluid caused by the alkali in ASP flooding,laboratory experiments of SNP/HPAM flooding in artificial homogeneous and inhomogeneous cores have been conducted.The results show that in homogeneous cores,the flooding efficiency of SP flooding is almost equal to that of ASP flooding under the same conditions.While in inhomogeneous cores,the flooding efficiency of SP flooding is obviously higher than that of ASP flooding under the same conditions,about 20%.When the costs(calculated in accordance with the prices of polymer and surfactant) of the chemicals are almost equal,increasing the slug size and decreasing the polymer concentration in the main slug are favorable to the injection of the SP system,while the recovery ratio of SP flooding remains high.
