摘要
通过向元件内掺入不同的杂质或在表面涂敷有机膜,提高了LaFeO3乙醇气敏元件的灵敏度.阐述了用P型γ┐Fe2O3气敏元件和N型LaFeO3气敏元件构成补偿式气敏元件的原理及实现补偿的条件.结果表明。
This paper presents the research results of adding different impurities into the gas sensor of LaFeO 3 and doing some experiments in order to raise the sensor selectivity with surface decorating. In order to improve the selectivity, an organic film is coated on the elements. According to the compensative principle, the γ Fe 2O 3/LaFeO 3 complex selective gas sensor was made. The sensitive property of the complex sensor was determined. Because of the LaFeO 3 gas sensor's compensation for r Fe 2O 3 gas sensor, the disturbance of alcohol is effectively overcome and the selectivity of the complex gas sensor for butane is improved.
