微机控制废水再生循环装置

摘要 用微机控制的废水再生循环装置系统将在印刷电路板生产过程中产生的CuCl废水经加入适当的化学剂还原再生,从而实现了CuCl2的循环利用,达到消除环境污染、节约原材料、降低生产成本、提高设备利用率的目的; By means of waste water recirculation unit controlled by microcomputer, the waste water of CuCl produced in the production process of printed circuit bread board can be reduced and regenerated by adding proper chemicals; so that the copper chlorine can be continuously used, the environmental pollution prevented, the raw meaterials in production saved, the cost of production reduced, the efficiency of the equipment improved. The components and working principles of the microcomputer control system are also described.
