航空高性能金属结构件激光快速成形研究进展 被引量:35

摘要 高性能金属结构件激光快速成形制造技术是利用快速原型制造(RPM)的基本原理,通过金属材料快速凝固激光熔覆逐层沉积,直接由零件CAD模型一步完成高性能“近终形”复杂金属零件的快速成形制造;是一种代表着先进制造技术与材料发展方向,将高性能结构材料设计、制备与“近终形”复杂零件直接成形有机融为一体的无模、非接触、无污染、数字化。
