基于均匀设计与BP神经网络的管材无模轴压胀形工艺设计

摘要 提出采用均匀设计与BP神经网络相结合的方法进行基于工件成形构形约束的管材无模轴压胀形工艺设计。以管材无模轴压胀形工艺有限元数值模拟为研究平台,对该方法的技术可行性进行了验证。结果表明,该方法有助于提高工艺设计的主动性和针对性,减少传统试错方式的被动性和盲目性,从而增强对工件最终成形品质的预测能力和控制能力。 The dieless tube axial force bulging process design based on the part forming configuration constraints by using the uniform design combined with BP neural network is set forth. Taking the finite element numerical simulation of the dieless tube axial force bulging process design as the research platform, the engineering feasibility of this method is verified. The results show that this method contributes to enhance the efficiency of process design and to overcome the drawbacks of the trial-and-error approach, and to improve the prediction and control of the final quality of formed parts.
