摘要 (反)-β-法尼烯是蚜虫的报警信息素,极具发展潜力.利用(反)-β-法尼烯具有驱散蚜虫的特点,用于温室或大棚中可以防范蚜虫;将(反)-β-法尼烯与常规杀虫剂混用,可驱使蚜虫主动接触杀虫剂,在动态中被灭杀,此法将降低杀虫剂的用量,有利于环境保护、有利于食物的安全、有利于对害虫天敌的保护.国内已有使用蚜虫报警信息素方法的成果,国内外发表了许多研究成果.目前这一研究领域的最主要问题是获取廉价易得的(反)-β-法尼烯.目前的合成方法与合成工艺不具备批量生产的能力.本文提出减压流态化合成的新工艺,将使蚜虫报警信息素的广泛应用得到支持. (E)-β-Farnesene is one of aphid alarm pheromones with potential worth for scientific research and practical application. Based on the property to drive aphid away, (E)-β-farnesene could keep aphid out of greenhouse or agricultural sheds. If (E)-β- farnesene is used with some general insecticides together, aphid could be killed directly and on its own initiative, which is good for environment protection, foodstuff safety, atural enemy balance, etc. There are many publications on the progress in aphid alarm pheromones either overseas or in China. The key thing is now how to obtain it easily and cheaply. There is no ability so far for a batch production according to current preparation methods and technics. This paper reports a new technology for produce (E)-β-farnesene by using the fluid catalytic method under vacuum, which is hopefully to make it possible to be applied widely in the future.
