摘要
本文观察了禾本科78属131种植物叶片中硅酸体形态和排列方式。本科植物叶片中硅酸体主要有竹节形、鞍形、棒形、哑铃形、双哑铃形、圆形和椭圆形等,沿叶脉呈横列、丛列和混列.据形态结构和排列方式将禾本科植物硅酸体划分为竹型、稻型、画眉草型、针茅型、早熟禾型和黍型6个类型,分别与本科的竹亚科、稻亚科、画眉草亚科、针茅亚科、早熟禾亚科和黍亚科植物相吻合。指出芦竹亚科的硅酸体分属画眉草型和黍型。并初步探讨了一些具有特殊形态硅酸体的种类在系统演化中的地位。
The silica body morphology arid arrangment of 78 genera 131 species of Poaceae were examined through the method of ash-image by means of light microscope.The silica body of the family was nodular, saddle-shaped, cuboid, fan-shaped, elongated,dumbbell-shaped, cross-shaped, acutely angled, and etc. They were arranged along the vein on 3 kind of pattern: verticle, parallel and mixed. The number of granules in silica body was calculated also.According to the morphology and arrangment of silica body in the leaf-blade of poaceae,6 fundamental types of silica bodies of poaceae could be divided f Bambusoid Type,Eragrostioid Type, Stipoid Type, Pooid Type and Panicoid Type. Every type of these was related to the plant groups of subfamily, Bambusoideae, Oryzoideae, Eragrostioideae, Stipoideae,Pooideae and Panicoideae respectively. The silica bodies of Eragrostioid type and Panicoid type could be found in the subfamily Arundioideae. Finally, some special silica bodies playing a role in the systematic development were discussed.
