皮质脊髓束纤维终末的超微结构研究 被引量:1

A STUDY OF THE ULTRASTRUCTURE OF THE FIBRE TERMINALS IN THE CORTEX SPINAL CORD BUNCHES

摘要 采用顺行溃变法对猫皮质脊髓束在脊髓内投射纤维终末的超微结构和突触联系进行了研究.用电解损毁皮质2~5d后,电镜下发现颈髓内皮质脊髓束纤维终末存在三种溃变形式:即电子致密型、神经微丝型和电子透明型,以电子致密型最为多见.溃变的纤维终末较粗大,主要含有大量密集的圆形突触小泡.主要形成不对称型的轴——树突触、轴——体突触、树——轴——树系列突触。 Two to five days after electronic lesion in the cortex,three types of degenerating terminals were found with electron microscope in the cortex spinal cord bunches:eletron dense pattern,neurofilamentous pattern and electron lucent pattern,with the first one being most common.The degenerating fibre terminals were comparatively large and contained mainly numerous rounded vesicles.They mainly made up asymmetrical axo dendritic,axo somatic and dendro axo dendritic synapses,forming a synaptic complex with dendrites as a center.
