摘要
采用投影条纹技术和数字滤波技术,可以精确测定材料的轮廓线,材料的高度分布以及材料的表面缺陷(位置、深度和体积),用FIR数字滤波器滤波,386微机处理,可以每秒9线(每线512个点)的速度获取材料的表面数据,从而实现材料表面的快速自动在线检测.
By using the techniques of projection fringe and digital filter, the profile, distribution of height and surface defects of substance (example: position, deepth and volume) can be measured accurately. With the FIR digital filter and 386 microcomputer, the data of the surface shape were acquired at 9 lines per second.Therefore, it can be fulfiled the on-line fast automatic measurement for the surface shape of substance.
