摘要
本文介绍和分析了在全球竞争时代建立“以人为本”的企业文化对企业发展的至关重要性,并以珠江三角洲地区企业对待外来员工的恶劣态度为例,揭示了该地区经济繁荣背后蕴含的企业文化危机以及与之相连的企业可持续发展危机。学习并创建“以人文本”的企业文化,既是化解企业当下危机的方法,也是增强企业核心竞争力的方法,更是企业界对创建新的中国文化做出的最好贡献。
The article describes and analyzes the critic importance of building people - centered enterprise culture in the time of global competition. With the ease of bad attitude in treating migrant workers in Zhujiang Delta, the author discloses the potential crises of the enterprise culture behind economic flourishing in this area. The author points that to learn and to build people - centered enterprise culture are the way that enterprises solve the problems and gain the core capability in the time of global competition.
