摘要
企业文化是指在一定的社会经济条件下通过社会实践所形成的并为全体成员遵循的共同意识、价值观念、职业道德、行为规范和准则的总和,是一个企业或一个组织在自身发展过程中形成的以价值为核心的独特的文化管理模式。中国加入WTO后,正式融入了世界经济主流和经济全球化进程。作为基础产业的电力基建行业,将直面全球化的竞争。企业的经营环境将发生重大而深刻的变化,生存环境将更加复杂,基建市场、企业内部资源等更大范围内的竞争变得十分激烈。送变电企业只有加强企业文化建设,教育和引导员工转变观念,不断加固员工的忠诚和归属感,不断提升员工技术水平和素质,才能留住人才,稳住人心,企业才能发展,才能保证改革的顺利进行。
Corporate Culture refers to the combination of common consciousness, values, professional ethies and behavioral norm and criterion, is a tmique and value - cored cultural management model forming in the development process of a certain enterprises or an organization. After China has entered into the WTO, it has integrated into the international economic mainstream and globalizafion. As the basic industry, the electricity construction corporations will face global competition directly. Therefore, great changes will take in their management environment, living environment will become more complex, the competition in the infrastructure market and internal resources will become fiercer. The power switchyard corporations should strengthen corporate culture construction, guide the employees to change their thinking model, solid employees' loyalty and sense of ownership, improve their technical level and quality, the corporations can' retain staff to assure the development of the corporations and the reform.
