摘要
郁金香10个品种从现蕾前期开始的各生育期对其净光合作用(NP),蒸腾作用(TR)、气孔阻力(RS)以及叶内CO2的浓度(CINT)等光合参数进行了系统的测定.结果表明,某些品种在生理上有相似的特性.而另一些品种间在生理上存在显著的差异.光合生理特征上的相似或相异,显示它们对环境条件有相同或不同需求.采用模糊聚类分析法将入试品种按生理特性划分成三大类:第一大类具有花期早,NP和TR较高,RS和CINT较低的特性,因而需求较高光强、充足的土壤供水,较高的CO2和相对较低的温度条件;第二大类与前相反;第三大类为居间型.据此,郁金香生产应“因需施培”,这一方法的应用,为郁金香实施高水平生产提供了科学依据.
Tentulip (tulipa geanerinana)cultivars were grown in the field from late November 1993 to April 1994.Net photosynthesis (NP),transpiration(TR),resistance of stomate(RS) and concentration of carbondioxide in intercellula(Cint) in the cultivars were determinedat each growing stage. The physiological magnitued varied intraspecifically and was characterspecific, This implied that genetic reqirement for environmental conditions,under which the tulip plants were grown,was different, By the analysis of fuzzy cluster, ten cultivars were divided into three groups. One group was characterizelby earlier flowering,higher NP and TR,and lower RS and Cint.The second was opposite in character,and the last median. Analysis of intraspecific variation in physiology oftulips by fuzzy cluster could contribute the basis for the efficient culture and production of tulip flowers.
