试管婴儿12例临床观察与护理

Clinical observation and nursing of 12 test tube babies

目的:掌握试管婴儿的临床特点,更好地观察病情和实施护理.方法:回顾分析2003年5月～2004年4月收治的试管婴儿12例的临床资料.结果:12例试管婴儿中双胎11例,早产10例,低体重出生11例,其中极低体重7例出生,且并发感染、颅内出血、缺氧缺血性脑病、硬肿症、消化道出血等症;11例康复出院,1例放弃治疗.结论:试管婴儿多胎、早产、体重轻、感染等并发症多.提高对试管婴儿的认识,做好临床观察与护理极为重要.

Objective： To find out the clinical characteristic of the test tube baby, observe the condition and attend to nursing better, Method： 12 test tube babies＇clinical materials were reviewed and analyzed. Result： There were 11 twins among 12 test tube babies, 10 cases of premature delivery, 11 cases of low birth weight, among those 7 cases were incurred with infection, HIE, sclerema neonatorum, digestive canal bleeds; 11 recovered and left hospital, one case was given up treating. Conclusion： Test tube baby has more complication. So that it is important to improve the understanding and do a better job of clinical observation and nursing.
