护理干预对内镜下鼻胆管有效引流的影响

Influence of nursing intervention to endoscopic nasobiliary effective drainage

目的:探讨护理干预对内镜下鼻胆管有效引流的影响。方法:为干预组患者妥善固定鼻胆管,低压冲洗保持通畅、加强对引流液性状的观察和提供身心两方面的舒适护理,并与对照组比较。结果:干预组鼻胆管保持有效引流的效果明显,与对照组差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论:通过有针对性的护理干预措施,确保鼻胆管的有效引流,使患者早日康复。

Objective： To explore the influence of nursing interventions to endoscopic nasobiliary effective drainage. Methods： One hundred patients were divided into two groups randomly, the experimental group and control group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional care and patients in the experimental group were treated with conventional care and nursing interventions such as proper fixture, low pressure irrigation, observe drainage liquid and provide comfortable care. Result： The effect of the nasobiliary drainage in the experimental group was more effective than that of the control group. It showed significant differences to the comparable group. Conclusion： Nursing interventions can ensure the effective nasobiliary drainage and accderate recovery of patients.
