经皮肾镜气压弹道超声碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石护理体会

The nursing of complicated kidney stone treated with PCNL

目的:探讨经皮肾镜气压弹道超声碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石的护理措施。方法:做好充分术前准备,采用经皮肾镜及目前国际最为先进的第三代气压弹道超声碎石机治疗复杂性肾结石患者16例,术后卧床休息,多饮水,加强导尿管及肾造瘘管管理,做好出院指导。结果: 16例均1次治疗成功,结石残留率7. 7% (1 /16),三个月结石排净率为100%。结论:第三代气压弹道超声碎石机即碎即吸,提高了碎石效率,减少了结石残留;充分的术前准备、严格的术后管理能提高治疗成功率。

Objective： To probe into the nursing measure of treating the complicated kidney stone with PCNL. Method： 16 patients were given PCNL. Told the patients to lie up after the skill, drink more water. Strengthen the management of catheterization tube and kidney and make fistula, did the guidance before patients leaving hospital. Result： 16 patients were all treated successfully. Conclusion： PCNL can improve broken stone efficiency, reduce and finish stones to remain. Abundant preoperative preparation and strict postoperative management can improve successful rate.
