摘要
目的:总结气管插管机械通气治疗Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的护理经验。方法:系统回顾气管插管机械通气治疗严重Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭22例的临床资料。结果: 22例患者机械通气治疗有效率达86%。结论:密切的病情观察,精心全面的护理是气管插管机械通气治疗Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的重要保障。
Objective： To sum up the experiences in nursing of mechanical ventilation via tracheal tubing in patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Method： To review systematically the clinical data of 22 cases of patients with serious type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Result： The effective rate of mechanical ventilation reached 86%. Conclusion： With observation and thoroughly carefull nursing, mechanical ventilation via tracheal tubing in patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure is safely accomplished.
