Discussion on Career Planning for the Students in the High Professional Colleges

职业生涯规划已成为高职院学生的一个重要课题,它帮助大学生在了解自我的基础上确定自己的职业方向、目标,并制定相应的计划,避免就业的盲目性,为个人走向职业成功提供最有效的途径。高职院学生职业生涯规划的步骤和内容主要包括自我评估、职业生涯机会的评估、职业方向和路线的选择及目标的设定等,具体实施可分三个阶段,一年级了解、二年级完善、三年级指导,使学生能顺利就业或自主创业。

Career planning of the students in professional colleges has already become an important research issue. It helps college students decide, their professional areas, make relevant plans, and avoid the blindness of employment. Besides that, it also points out the most efficient way to reach individual career success. This paper presents the steps and contents of career planning for student in professional colleges, and discusses the concrete guiding methods of career planning theoretically and practically.
