Chinese economy is developing fast in recent years, but also short in resources and market. Therefore, our country government implemented the strategy of ＂Go Out＂ to encourage the enterprises to carry on the foreign direct investment. Our country is a great developing nations, compared with other developing countries, our country has some certain comparative advantages. Expending direct investment to other developing countries is very feasible.
