目的:为医院静脉药物配置中心筹建提供参考。方法:以第二军医大学长海医院静脉药物配置中心的设计和筹建为例,具体阐述其应考虑的五个问题和步骤。结果:提出静脉药物配置中心筹建的总体思路。结论:应结合各医院实际情况,选择不同的建造模式。

Objective： To give advices of preparation for constructing pharmacy intravenous admixture service （PIVAS）. Methods： Five issues, considered in the process of designing and constructing PIVAS in Shanghai Changhai Hospital, are expounded. Results： A total idea of preparation for constructing PIVAS is discussed. Conclusion. Different modes should be adopted according to the situations of each hospital.
