目的:探讨临床药师如何对肿瘤病人用药的合理性进行全面分析。方法:临床药师从查看病历,了解肿瘤的类型、分期,分析治疗方案;查看化验单;查看毒副作用的观察、处理情况;查看合并用药情况;查看药物的用法用量情况;查看护理情况等几方面入手,对肿瘤病人用药的合理性作出全面分析。结果:临床药师在肿瘤科深入临床的实践中发现一些用药不合理的病例,同医生、护士沟通,并予以纠正。结论:临床药师按照上述方法,可以有条不紊地、比较全面地对肿瘤病人的用药合理性作出分析。

Objective： To study the methods used by clinical pharmacists for analyzing the rationality of the drugs used in patients with turnouts. Methods： The clinical pharmacists looked into the case history, the sort and the stage of the tumor, the therapeutic regimes, the reports of laboratory examinations, the observation and management of the toxic side effects of the drugs, the combined use of drugs, the usage and dosage of the drugs, and the quality of nursing care. Results： Some irrational use of drugs was discovered. The clinical pharmacists communicated with the doctors and the nurses, and the irrational use of drugs was corrected. Conclusion： The clinical pharmacists can analyze the rationality of the use of drugs systematically and thoroughly by these means.
