摘要
介绍了一种新颖的脂肪酸乙酯常压连续生产工艺流程。实验数据表明，本工艺反应温度低（＜７０℃），酸转化率高（＞９８％），产品纯度高（＞９６％），色泽浅，工艺流程简单合理。当醇／酸摩尔比大于３．５时，体系稳定，便于实现自动化生产。
A new type of lauric acid's continuous esterification process is introduced.The pricess resulted in higher esterification ratio(>98%) and product purity(>96%) under normal pressure and low temperature(<70℃),and the product had light colour.The system seemed more stable and automatic control would de available when the molar ratio of alcohol to acid was greater than 3.5.
