The Boundary Of The Impermissible Sexual Behaviour

轨是维护社会运行以及能否得到社会群体默认、接受或认可的潜在或现实规则、规范。不同的社会文化背景、不同的社会范畴对性越轨的判定标准是有差异的。在当下的社会文化背景下,尚缺少一个公认的明确的标准和准则。因此,本文认为判断性行为是否越轨应遵循三个原则:无伤害原则、自愿原则和私事原则。笔者按照这三个原则,对传统意义上的几种性越轨行为重新进行了梳理和判定,以期在社会运行的不同层面重建性秩序,维护社会生活的良性运行与和谐发展。

The standards aviour are either definite and undefinite ;The rules measured a sexual bermissible or should not include statistical rule, medcial rule ,ethical rule and legal rule. ons are not only inseparable but also having relative independce. When judging a sexual permissible or not, we should obey three principles：the principle of no injury and volunple and private affairs principle. According to the three principles ,some traditional impermissible sexual behaviours shoud be put in order and judged again, so as to rebuild the sex order in different social levels,protect a virtuous circle and a harmonious development of the social activity.
