摘要
中小企业已经成为振兴我国国民经济的新亮点。从激励机制的角度看,目前我国大多数中小企业都存在着种种不足和缺陷。提出构建柔性立体多核网络激励机制的新设想,为中小企业建立合理的激励机制提供了一种思路。
SMEs have become a new force in developing our national economy, but they have a variety of defects in the utilization of incentive mechanism. It is a new idea to adopt a new incentive mechanism with a flexible stereoscopic multicentric network.
