摘要
比较了半导体激光器驱动的几种设计方案,提出一种新的以VMOS功率场效应管为核心的半导体激光器的驱动方案, 设计了脉宽可调,重复频率可选,具有恒温控制的激励器。
Several design proposals of the driver of semiconductor laser, diode are compared, and a new method of laser diode driver using VMOS as the core device is presented. A Pulse width-tunable, operational frequency-optional laser diode driver with temperature controller is designed. The experiment shows the laser has a good performance.
