本文分析了当前中小企业自有资金缺乏、资本融资渠道狭窄、获得信贷支持少的融资现状。试图从金融政策体系等企业外部环境和企业制度等企业内部因素两方面找到中小企业融资困难的原因,并提出解决中小企业融资困难的对策。

The paper analyzes the status quo of financing in the small and medium enterprises. The reasons are discussed from two aspects as the external environment and internal factors, hence, countermeasures are pointed out.
