摘要
目前,中国的高新技术产业开发区在发展的过程中面临着二次创业以及其他一些亟待解决的难题。本文从产业集群的角度研究了高新技术产业开发区的创新能力和竞争能力,并在此基础上对问题的解决提供了一些对策。
At present, the development ofChina＇s high-tech industry developing zones facing the second pioneering work and some other bottlenecks which need urgent solutions. The paper analyzes the innovative capability and the competitive ability of High-tech Industry Developing Zone from the angle of industry cluster, also, some countermeasures are proposed towards the solutions of the problems.
