Reasons & Coimtermeasures of the Crime of the Transient Population

针对流动人口犯罪日益严重的现状,本文根据雷克利斯的遏制理论从外部诱因(社会失范、贫富不均、文化冲突和社会监管不力)和内部推力(自身素质偏低、法制观念淡薄)两个方面分析了流动人口犯罪的原因,并从宏观和微观的角度提出了预防流动人口犯罪的对策。

As to the status quo of the transient population crime which has been increasingly serious, the paper analyzes the reasons of the crime from two aspects as external causes and internal driving factors. Countermeasures for preventing the transient population crime are pointed out from the macro-angle and the micro-angle.
