犯罪现场是储存犯罪信息的载体,包括物质的现场和心理的现场,二者之间既有区别又有联系。 研究犯罪现场就是为了侦查破案,认定犯罪,最终达到主观与客观的统一,实现物质现场与心理现场的相互 认定。
A criminal spot is the carrier of criminal information. It includes physical and mental spot. There are both differences and connection between them. To research a criminal spot is to detect , solve a case and confirm a crime. Finally it can integrate subjective and objective ideas, and fulfill the verification of physical and mental spot with each other.
