本文通过对大学生心理发展的一般特点、不同发展阶段、心理发展过程中的矛盾与冲突的分析,提出大学生管理 工作的着力点——制度管理与人本管理的和谐统一,旨在为当代大学生管理工作提供一些借鉴。

Through the analysis of the general characteristics of psychological development of college students, different stages of development, and contradiction and conflicts in the progress of psychological development, this article puts forward the focus of the management of college students, which is harmony and unity of institutional management and humanistic management, to provide for reference for contemporary management of college students.
