摘要
我国海运业国际航运人才市场的不断发展,使我国航海类人才的数量和层次出现了较大的供需缺口,本文主要从高等航海教育目标的国际化、教育性质的双重性和终身性出发,提出了调整和规划我国航海高等教育体系一些见解.
With the rapid growing of the shipping industry in the world and in China, there is lack of supply of the mariners in the quantity and of the high level. Based on the analysis on the internationalization, the dualism and the all-life characteristics of maritime education, the paper presents some suggestions on the adjusting and planning to the higher maritime education system in China.
