高等教育管理是一个动态的、综合的工程,高等学校必须本着以人为本,以顾客为焦点的原则,持续改进教育管理,不断提高高校教育管理水平.
Nowadays, because of the dynamic and complex management in college and university, the higher institutes must pay close attention to the needs of teachers, parents and students themselves so that college and university can achieve an effective way to continual improve their educational management.
