肺螨病患者血清IgE的测定

DETECTION OF SERUM IgE LEVELS IN PULMONARY ACARIASIS PATIENTS

本文以BA-ELISA测定了确诊为肺螨病患者的16份血清IgE含量,并同时测定10份正常血清作对照。结果表明患者IgE均值为458.90IU/ml,与正常对照229.63IU/ml相比较有明显升高。据此推测,肺螨病的致病机理除入侵螨类引起的机械性损伤外,或许与过敏反应有一定关系.

The IgE levels in the blood of 16 patients suffering from polmonary acariasis have been determianed by the mothod of BA-EISA and compared with that of 10 normal individuals.The results show that the IgE average value of patients(458.90IU/ml ) increase obviously than that of the normal individuals (229.68IU/ml). This suggests that the mechanism of the disease may be related to the allergic reation besides the mechanical injuries caused by inyiding mites.
