摘要
针对河南省农村劳动力转移的诸多问题进行了深入分析,从法律层面上提出了建立畅通的就业信息渠道,改革现行的户籍和土地法律制度以及健全农村的社会养老保险制度等具体的应对措施,以保证农村劳动力实现真正有效的转移。
This paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the transference of rural labor force in Henan province and proposes some countermeasures that unimpeded employment information channels must be established, present census register and legal land system is reforomed and social oldage insurance in rural area must be amplified. Only in these ways, can we guarantee the real and effective transference of rural labor force.
