摘要
1998年开始对国有大中型企业进行公司制改造,发起设立股份公司并上市,目的就是帮助国有企业脱困。实际执行结果是集团公司因改制越改越困,上市公司也因“扶贫”而“苟延残喘”,为此提出集团公司进一步深化改制的战略分析。
After many times reformation in state- owned enterprises, which transformed large- settle state- owned enterprises into companies in 1998, they initiated stock companies and came into the market , their intention is to help state owned enterprises out . As a matter of fact, the more the group company reform,the more impoverished they become, also the companies appears onthe market ontheir last legs. So this paper makes a strategic analyses on further deepen reformation in groupe company.
