黑龙江省农村剩余劳动力转移问题的思考

On Transferring of Rural Surplus Labor in Heilongjiang

随着农业机械化、现代化进程的不断加快,农村剩余劳动力的转移已关系到农村乃至整个国民经济发展。本文从黑龙江省劳动力剩余劳动力转移的特点出发,进而分析其制约因素,并根据存在的问题提出相应对策。

With the constant development of agricultural machinery modernization,the issue of transferring rural surplus labor has great influence on China＇s countryside and even the whole national economic development. After analyzing the traits and factors of Heilongjiang surplus labors transferring, this paper puts up with some countermeasures to the existing problems.
