摘要
高校的教育质量在很大程度上有赖于教师的质量,西方发达国家在高校师资队伍管理上已经形成了一整套完整的体制:完全的聘任制、竞争机制和激励机制、人才动态管理、全方位开放和多元化的师资结构等对我国的师资队伍建设和管理提供了一定的启示和借鉴。我国师资管理模式的未来走向将是专业化、综合化、整体化和多样化的发展模式。
The quality of education of the university depends on the teacher's quality to a great extent, and it is relatively slow that the university reforms, encourage lacking with tied mechanism, opportunism and slack in work phenomenon are comparatively general, restrict the improvement of the quality of education of the university , standard for running a school and efficiency seriously. The western developed country has slready formed a whole set of intact systems in the management of teachers'team of the university: Complete system of appointment, competition mechanism and incentive mechanism, talent's dynamic management , opening up comprehensively and pluralistic teachers'structure , etc. have offered the enlightenment and reference that are sure to building of contingent and management of the teachers of our country. The future trend of the management modes of teachers of our country will be specialization , totalization , whole and diversified development model .
