The Simulation Modeling and Analysis of Man Machine Ratio for Multi-cell Flexible Manufacturing System

摘要 人机比是指在一定工作时间内一个工人所能操作的机器数量,代表工人的工作效率。本文主要研究多单元柔性制造动态复杂系统的建模与仿真,建立了人机比的通用仿真模型。进一步,基于所建立的仿真模型,本文对影响人机比的关键因素的灵敏度等指标进行了深入分析和研究。 Man Machine Ratio (MMR) is the ratio of man to machines operated during some period of time. It is a measure of the operating efficiency of a worker. Due to the data's complexity and dynamic characteristics, it is very difficult to use static mathematical approaches for MMR's computation. In this paper, a novel method, called simulation modeling and analysis, is presented to evaluate and analyze the MMR. Through sensitivity analysis, the simulation model is used to identify the key factors whose changes will greatly influence the MMR. Finally, the maximal MMR can be obtain by such sensitivity analysis.
