寻常性银屑病患者血清白介素-12及白介素-10的水平检测和临床意义

The level of IL-12 and IL-10 in the serum of patients with progressive psoriasis vulgaris and their clinical significances

目的研究血清中白介素-12(IL-12)及白介素-10(IL-10)水平与寻常性银屑病的关系。方法收集10例进展期寻常性银屑病患者的血清标本,并与10例正常人血清检测结果进行对比分析。结果银屑病组与对照组相比,血清IL-12水平显著增高(t=20．752566,P<0．01),IL-10水平显著降低(t=4．25,P< 0．05)。结论 IL-12及IL-10在寻常性银屑病的发病中发挥重要作用。

Objective To detect the level of interleukin（IL）-12 and IL-10 in the serum patients with progressive psoriasis vulgaris and to investigate the role them. Methods The serum samples were collected from 10 patients with progressive psoriasis vulgaris. The levels of IL-12 and IL-10 in the serum both the patients and health controls were detected by ELISA. Results IL-12 level increased significantly and IL-10 decreased remarkably in the patients compared with the control. Conclusion IL-12 and IL-10 play an important role in pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.
