The measurement of the C reactive protein in the maintenance hemodialysis

目的探讨血浆C反应蛋白含量测定在评价维持性血透患者营养状况中的应用价值。方法测定30例血透患者及对照组的血清白蛋白、铜蓝蛋白、转铁蛋白及C反应蛋白含量,并检测血透各阶段的指标变化。结果血透组血白蛋白低于对照组,而铜蓝蛋白、转铁蛋白及C反应蛋白含量均高于对照组,差异有显著意义。而C反应蛋白更能早期发现营养不良。结论血清C反应蛋白是反映维持性血透患者早期营养不良的敏感指标。

Objective To investigate the effects of the measurement of the C-reactive protein about nourishment in the maintenance hemodialysis. Methods To measure the concentration of the C：reactive protein, albumin, transferrin and ceruloplasmin from 30 cases in hemodialysis group and the control group, and examine the guideline variety at each stage in hemodialysis. Results The concentration of albumin in hemodialysis group was lower than that in control group, but the concentration of the C-reactive protein, ceruloplasmin and transferrin in hemodialysis group was higher than that in control group. Conclusion The C-reactive protein is a sensitive indicator to reflect early malnutrition in the maintenance hemodialysis.
