小剂量氯化汞对小鼠抗体形成的影响

Effects of mercuric chloride in small doses on production of antibody in mice

小剂量（１ｍｇ／ｋｇ）ＨｇＣｌ＿２给小白鼠多次染毒后，再感染弓形虫包囊，２周后，作ＩＭＡ试验，结果与对照组基本一致。说明小剂量的ＨｇＣｌ＿２，对小鼠体内抗体的形成，未见受影响。

Mercuric chloride were given repeatedly in small doses to experimental mice and then cysts of toxoplasmawere injected intraperitoneally. The animals were tested 2 weeks later with IHA method for antibody production.The results showed that the mercuric chloride in small doses gave no significant effect on production of antibody in mice.
