乳腺癌患者非医嘱停用三苯氧胺原因及中药疗效

The Causation of Uncomplained Ceasing Tamoxifen- Taken for Breast Cancer Patients and the Observation of the Effectiveness of TCM Intervention

目的:临床上经常发现乳腺癌患者在没经得其主治医师的同意下自动停服三苯氧胺(tamoxifen,TAM)。为了了解停用原因及停药后中药干预效果进行此项临床观察。方法:回顾性方法查阅了1995年3月—2003年10月期间我院肿瘤科门诊和病房乳腺癌病例,共372例。所有疗前、疗后结果均经临床生化及超声检查并对相关结果进行了统计学处理。结果:由于中药的干预作用,除ALT、AST、月经不调在疗前、疗后受到西药内分泌治疗的明显影响而不能够得到改善外,脂肪肝、子宫内膜增厚、卵巢囊肿、恶心、呕吐、潮红等症状都没有受到TAM的影响。结论:在中药的辅助治疗情况下,可以控制乳腺癌患者服用三苯氧胺后所导致的副作用及生存质量下降的病例数,从而提高TAM(或法乐通)的完成率,对远期疗效也有帮助。

Objective Tamoxifen - taken without their charging doctors＇ permission is not occasionally occurred among breast cancer patients during their endocrine therapy and the clinical investigation is done for making out the causations of the existent and the effectiveness of TCM intervention. Method 372 cases of breast cancer in - and out - patients in Guang An Men Hospital from Mar. 1995 to Oct. 2003 were retrospectively collected and analysed. All the results before and after treatment have been ratified by either clinical biochemical tests or ultrasonogTaphy and processed statistically. Results Except for abnormal ALT, AST, the irregular menstruation caused by endo- crine therapy which is insensitive to TCM, other symptoms like fatty liver, ovarian cyst, hot flushes of TAM users could be under control by TCM intervention without the influence of TAM. Conclusion With the adjuvant treatment by TCM, the number of breast cancer cases of worsen QOL due to TAM keeps stable, the completing rate of TAM treatment rises and it does some good for long - term effectiveness as well.
