摘要
为了解江门市护理专业队伍人力资源的现状,对2004年参加护士执业再次注册的护理专业人员资料进行分析。结果显示,护理人员学历偏低,大专及以上学历只占7.85%。建议重视护理人员的学历教育,为护理人员参加继续学历教育提供条件,以提高本地区的护理教育水平,从而提高护理队伍的整体素质。
Objectives: To get the message of current nursing human resource status of Jiangmen city, and analyze the data of re-registered nurses in 2004. Results: Educational background of these nurses was low, nurses who graduated from junior college or over only were only 7.85%. Conclusion: It is suggested that the educational background of nurses should be attach importance to and the related suplx)rts should be given for nurses to attend continuous education to elevate the education level of nurses and the holisfic diathesis of them in Jiangmen.
