发展观的当代危机与伦理学的内在旨趣——兼评《西方文明的危机与发展伦理学》

现代人类面临发展危机,危机的症结和根源在于西方工业文明的发展观。以刘福森教授为代表的发展伦理学研究者深刻反省了近代历史的发展趋向,揭示了发展观的当代危机,建构了新的发展观。本文指出:科学不是万能的,发展要体现人文精神,经济本位主义是不可持续的,发展要遵循人本理念。为新发展观提供了明确的实践准则,凸显了伦理学关注人类祸福,引导人类未来的内在旨趣。

Modern mankind faces the crisis of development. The crux and root of the crisis lie in the development view of the western industrial civilization . Some investigators studying in development ethics represented by professor Liu Fu-sen reflect on the trend of the modern history deeply, Open out the up-to-date crisis of the development view , set up a kind of new view of development. This article points out ： science is not the almighty , the development must incarnate human sprit , the development base on economy standard is not durative , the development must incarnate human ideal . This article offered a clear practice rule for the new development view , showed the intrinsic purport of ethics caring for the weal and woe of mankind and leading the future for mankind.
