摘要
借助90倍体视显微镜的放大功能和摄像头成像技术,利用标准尺在屏幕上指示的刻度来测量裂纹的宽度。采用定点划线的方法,测量面板正面的所划定3条线上所有裂纹宽度,并用裂纹平均宽度和裂纹宽度标准差两个参数来评价面板正面的质量。提出了面板正面裂纹缺陷的评价方法,并在实测的基础上,对红橡、柞木、帕利印茄面板正面裂纹开裂情况进行测量,分析了正面裂纹对涂饰表面裂纹的影响,并验证了此评价方法的可行性。
The evaluation method for surface checking of face veneer was presented in this paper. The gauge on the veneer could be used to measure the width of surface checking with the 90-time-microscope and microcamera. By measuring the three specified lines all the surface checkings were tested and their average width and standard deviation could be used to evaluate the quality of surface. Based on the test, the relation was analysed between the surface checking of face veneers and that of painting. The application results of the method also show that it is feasible.
