Improvement of Polymer Flooding in No.13 Xing Pilot Area

摘要 针对杏十三聚合物工业性试验区注采井距过大、葡Ⅰ组油层作为一套层系开采聚驱控制程度低、聚驱效果差的实际情况,在杏十三区东部开展了缩小井距试验,注采井距由212 m缩小到150m,并把葡Ⅰ3单独作为一套层系开采,井网加密后,聚驱控制程度得到进一步提高,由52.8%提高到64.3%。为优选出与油层具有较好配伍性的聚合物,开展了新型抗盐聚合物的室内驱油实验和现场试注试验,优选出“大庆再创”中分抗盐聚合物。用数值模拟技术研究了井网加密前后采收率的变化情况,井网加密前后对比,可提高采收率2.74个百分点。 Due to large well spacing between injectors and producers in No.13 Xing pilot area,low degree of polymer flooding controlling and poor polymer flooding performance,pilot test with the smaller well spacing was conducted in No.13 Xing pilot area,producer-injector spacing decreasing from 212m to 150m.In No.13 Xing pilot area as an individual series of development strata,the degree of polymer flooding controlling is further improved,increasing from 52.8% to 64.3%,after well pattern thickening.New type countersalinity polymer lab experiments and pilot tests were conducted to optimize counter-salinity polymer with medium molecular weight,so as to select polymer compatible with reservoir condition.Recovery factor change have been researched from pre-well pattern thickening to post-well pattern thickening with numerical simulation,and the recovery factor increased by 2.74%.
