田七注射液治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效观察

Effect of Tianqi Injection in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的:研究田七注射液在治疗慢性肾功能衰竭中的作用。方法:选择符合诊断标准的CRF患者52例,随机分为治疗组28例及对照组24例,两组病例在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组予以田七注射液静脉滴注,对照组予以肾安注射液静脉滴注,以4周为1疗程,观察治疗前后两组患者血脂及肾功能的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为85.71%,优于对照组的58.33%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后血清总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白(LDL)明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),且优于对照组(P<0.01),对照组TC、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)治疗后改善不明显;两组治疗后各项肾功能指标均有改善,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:田七注射液能明显改善CRF患者血脂及肾功能,延缓CRF进程,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Tianqi Injection in patients with chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods：52 patients with CRF were randomized into the treating group （n=28） and the control group （n=24）. Base on the routine therapy, Tianqi Injection was used to the treating group additionally, and Amino Acid Injection was used to the control group, 4 weeks constituted one treatment course. The changes of blood-lipid and renal function were observed before and after treatment. Results：The total effective rate was 85.71% in treating group and 58.33% in control group （P〈 0.01）. After treatment, the serum levels of total cholesterol （TC）, triglycerides （TG） ,and low density lipoprotein （LDL） were decreased in treating group （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）, and the effect was better than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. TG and high density lipoprotein （HDL） in control group after treatment did not differ from those before treatment. The levels of BUN and Ser were significantly decreased in 2 groups after treatment, and the effect of treating group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Tianqi Injection could delay CRF progression by improving the blood-lipid and renal function of patients with CRF. It was worth applying to chnical therapy further.
